Personal Data

The only information that the IRSN and ASN obtain about user of the RNM website is information provided voluntarily by the user. This means you can visit the RNM website without identifying who you are or revealing any information about yourself. In accordance with law 78-17 "Informatics and freedoms" (art. 34 and 36), you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right by sending an email to the webmaster. Reuse of public information and data

The conditions and limits relating to the reuse of public information are governed by the provisions of Law 78-753 of July 17, 1978, relating to various measures to improve relations between the administrations and the public, and various administrative, social and fiscal provisions, last amended by Ordinance N° 2005-650 of June 6, 2005, by Implementation Decree N° 2005-1755 of December 30, 2005 relating to freedom of access to administrative documents and the reuse of public information, as well as by the Chapter IV of Title II of Book I of Environmental Code (art. L.124-1 to L.124-8, and R.124-1 to R.124-5).

In particular, any reuse of public information is subject to the condition that is is not altered, that its meanning is not distoted, and that its sources and the date of its last update are mentioned.

Any person reusing public information in violation of the above-mentionned requirements is liable to a fine imposed by the commission for access to administrative documents.
