Located on the left bank of the Loire River, the site includes the NPP with two 900 MWe pressurized water reactors, connected to the grid in 1981. It also includes 2 UNGG reactors, currently under decommissioning, and 2 storage silos for graphite. Those two reactors were connected to the grid between 1969 and 1992.
